AI Reputation, Inc. is a Delaware corporation that provides online reputation and privacy services. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean AI Reputation, Inc., and “you” means the person who signs up for the free run.
One free run per person. We scan the people search and records sites on our active list (92 sites today) for your listings, file removal requests on up to 50 sites where we find you, capture screenshots before removal, of each confirmation, and after removal, and email you a report. The free run ends with that report. Monthly monitoring, rescans and coverage of more sites are part of our paid plans.

I authorize AI Reputation, Inc. to act as my authorized agent to request the removal of my personal information from people search and data broker sites. For that purpose only, I authorize AI Reputation, Inc. to submit my name, current and past addresses, phone numbers, email address and date of birth to those sites; to create a dedicated removals email address for me that receives the confirmation emails those sites send, and to open and act on those emails; and to capture and keep screenshots of each listing before removal, of each confirmation, and after removal, as proof of the work. I understand that this is one free run per person, that each site acts on its own schedule, that some sites may refuse a request or ask me to verify my identity myself, and that listings can reappear later. I confirm that I am the person named in this form, that the information I provided is accurate, and that I am at least 18 years old. I can revoke this authorization at any time by emailing [email protected] or calling (844) 247-3777. This authorization is governed by the AI Reputation, Inc. Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
We file the requests and show you the proof. We do not control the sites. Each site acts on its own schedule, which can be days or weeks. Some sites refuse a request, and some ask you to confirm your identity yourself; your report tells you which. Listings can reappear later when a site refreshes its data. We cannot guarantee that any listing is removed or that it stays removed.
The free run is available once per person. We may decline a signup that repeats an earlier one, that uses someone else’s details, or that we cannot verify by email and text message.
You can revoke your authorization at any time by emailing [email protected] or calling (844) 247-3777. We will stop filing new requests for you. Requests already sent to a site cannot be recalled, and the site may still act on them.
We use the details you give us only to find and remove your listings, to verify your identity, to send your report and to follow up about your run. We never sell your data. We share it only with the sites we are asking to remove you, and with the service providers that help us run the service, such as email, text message verification and secure storage. We keep your signup, signed authorization, screenshots and report as a record of the work and of your consent. You can ask us to delete your information by emailing [email protected]; we will delete what we are not required to keep.
The free run is also governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If these terms and those documents disagree about the free run, these terms control.
